Pi\u00f9 precisamente, senza politiche di sostegno, la quantit\u00e0 dei <strong>SPF formali sarebbe troppo ridotta e caratterizzata da costi troppo elevati.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le motivazioni principali della necessit\u00e0 di politiche di supporto nel settore dei SPF sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/impact-phs.eu\/do-i-want-to-design-a-new-phs-policy-en\/part-2-in-which-framework-do-phs-take-place-en\/an-hindered-development-when-supporting-policies-are-not-implemented-en\/the-household-demand-is-below-its-potential-new\/\">competizione sleale della manodopera non dichiarata;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/impact-phs.eu\/do-i-want-to-design-a-new-phs-policy-en\/part-2-in-which-framework-do-phs-take-place-en\/an-hindered-development-when-supporting-policies-are-not-implemented-en\/positive-externalities-are-not-taken-into-account-en\/\">domanda delle famiglie inferiore al suo potenziale;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/impact-phs.eu\/do-i-want-to-design-a-new-phs-policy-en\/part-2-in-which-framework-do-phs-take-place-en\/an-hindered-development-when-supporting-policies-are-not-implemented-en\/the-unfair-competition-of-undeclared-work-en\/\">mancata
