Per favorire le possibilit\u00e0 occupazionali nel settore dei SPF possono essere introdotte varie misure.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nuove normative in materia di impiego<\/strong> Facilitare l&#8217;assunzione e aumentare l&#8217;attrattivit\u00e0 dei lavori nel settore SPF (sicurezza lavorativa) introducendo condizioni adeguate per i lavoratori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>La<strong> Spagna <\/strong>ha adottato un Decreto reale nel 2011, che rivede i rapporti di lavoro dei collaboratori domestici. Il decreto mirava a migliorare le condizioni di lavoro nel settore, avvicinandole quanto pi\u00f9 possibile a quelle degli altri lavoratori.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professionalizzazione<\/strong> (formazione, condizioni di lavoro, riconoscimento delle competenze, ecc.) Questo fattore \u00e8 degno di particolare attenzione quando si tratta di supportare politiche mirate soprattutto alla creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro, di occupazione e di contrasto del mercato sommerso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Promozione indiretta del lavoro nei SPF<\/strong> Ad esempio, con politiche sull\u2019immigrazione, cruciali in molti paesi europei in cui i fornitori di servizi informali immigrati rappresentano la principale forza lavoro del settore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>Dal 2002, <strong>l\u2019Italia<\/strong> ha gi\u00e0 attuato tre regolarizzazioni dello stato degli immigrati irregolari impiegati come collaboratori domestici e assistenziali. Pi\u00f9 di 550.000 hanno ricevuto un permesso di lavoro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
