In molti paesi, le donne si addossano ancora la percentuale maggiore del carico &#8220;domestico&#8221; a fronte di una divisione iniqua del lavoro in famiglia. Il fenomeno \u00e8 chiaramente illustrato dai risultati di Eurofound (2012a), che indicano che, considerando il tempo trascorso per attivit\u00e0 esterne al lavoro retribuito, le differenze fra uomini e donne sono eclatanti, specie nei lavori di casa e, in misura minore, nell&#8217;assistenza all&#8217;infanzia. La parit\u00e0 fra i sessi non viene pertanto rispettata in questo campo e le conseguenze per le donne sono grandi e visibili sul lungo termine, con un rischio elevato di vulnerabilit\u00e0 e povert\u00e0, livelli di reddito inferiori e meno potere d&#8217;acquisto, carenze pensionistiche e cos\u00ec via.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo un recente rapporto del McKinsey Global Institute (2015), se ogni paese raggiungesse i progressi in termini di parit\u00e0 di genere del suo &#8220;vicino&#8221; pi\u00f9 virtuoso, il Pil globale potrebbe aumentare di $12 trilioni entro il 2025. La relazione afferma inoltre che &#8220;la presenza inferiore delle donne nel lavoro retribuito contrasta con la loro maggiore presenza nel lavoro non retribuito.<em> Il 75% dell&#8217;assistenza non pagata totale mondiale \u00e8 condotta da donne e comprende anche mansioni essenziali per il costante funzionamento della famiglia, come l&#8217;assistenza ai bambini, la cura degli anziani, la cucina e le pulizie. Ma questo contributo non viene conteggiato nelle misurazioni del Pil tradizionali. Facendo caute supposizioni, stimiamo che il lavoro non retribuito svolto da donne oggi ammonti a $10 trilioni di erogazione all&#8217;anno, equivalente all&#8217;incirca al 13% del Pil mondiale&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In generale, sia per gli uomini sia per le donne, le misure di SPF portano a un migliore bilanciamento fra lavoro e vita privata, facilitando l&#8217;esternalizzazione di parte dei lavori domestici. In relazione a questo aspetto, quindi, la fornitura di SPF appare un aspetto cruciale. Oltre a un migliore equilibrio vita-lavoro, il ricorso ai SPF consente ai fruitori (soprattutto donne) di lavorare pi\u00f9 ore, o addirittura di rientrare sul mercato del lavoro. In questo senso, i SPF potrebbero favorire la parit\u00e0 di genere in termini di accesso all&#8217;impiego. In generale, sia per gli uomini sia per le donne, le misure di SPF potrebbero avere un impatto significativo sullo stato occupazionale dei fruitori. Tuttavia, \u00e8 importante ricordare che tali effetti sono validi solo nel caso delle famiglie che non abbiano fatto ricorso a SPF (anche non dichiarati) in precedenza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>In <strong>Belgio<\/strong>, il 18% degli utenti del sistema di voucher ritiene che la principale motivazione per aderire al sistema sia il miglioramento dell&#8217;equilibrio fra vita e lavoro. Di fatto, il tempo risparmiato esternalizzando le incombenze domestiche viene ridistribuito alla famiglia (23 %), ad altre mansioni familiari (22 %), all&#8217;intrattenimento (20 %) e a riposo e salute (17 %) (IDEA Consult). In Svezia, per ogni ora di servizi alla famiglia acquistata grazie al sistema di deduzione fiscale RUT, le donne sposate (dai 25 ai 55 anni) hanno guadagnato 1,8 ore, di cui il 60 % viene dedicato a lavoro retribuito (Halld\u00e9n, 2014).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
