Permangono tuttavia <strong>numerosi ostacoli<\/strong>, elencati qui di seguito, che spiegano perch\u00e9 le famiglie sono frenate nel rivolgersi maggiormente a fornitori ufficiali esterni.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senza politiche di sostegno, <strong>il prezzo <\/strong>del mercato formale pu\u00f2 risultare troppo elevato per i consumatori, soprattutto poich\u00e9 le famiglie non tengono conto delle esternalit\u00e0 positive del ricorrere a questo tipo di servizi (vedasi il punto successivo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In alcuni paesi, inoltre, esistono <strong>barriere culturali<\/strong> che impediscono l&#8217;esternalizzazione del lavoro domestico. Ad esempio, in alcuni casi si assiste a una scarsa accettazione sociale dell&#8217;esternalizzazione dei SPF, oppure a difficolt\u00e0 nell&#8217;accettare persone sconosciute fra le pareti di casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Un\u2019ulteriore difficolt\u00e0 potrebbe essere l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e0 di questi servizi. In certi casi, alcuni paesi potrebbero disporre di un numero limitato di fornitori di servizi, oppure questi ultimi potrebbero non essere distribuiti su tutto il territorio nazionale, rendendo pi\u00f9 difficile la fruizione ad alcune famiglie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Altri problemi sono il mancato rispetto di standard qualitativi, <strong>l&#8217;incertezza qualitativa<\/strong> e l&#8217;assenza di garanzie in materia. Infatti, in assenza di uno schema formale che garantisca un livello prestabilito di qualit\u00e0 e affidabilit\u00e0 dei servizi erogati, le famiglie sono frenate nel servirsene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Infine, un&#8217;ultima limitazione \u00e8 la difficolt\u00e0 nell&#8217;<strong>assumersi il ruolo di datori di lavoro<\/strong>. Effettivamente, come affermato da Gregson e Lowe (1994), assumere un aiuto per le pulizie non \u00e8 una \u201c<em>pratica sociale acquisita, automatica o accettata&#8221;<\/em> (Orseu, 2013).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
