Plusieurs mesures peuvent \u00eatre introduites pour am\u00e9liorer les possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi dans le secteur des PHS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nouvelle r\u00e9glementation en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi<\/strong>. Faciliter le recrutement et am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 du travail dans les PHS (s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi) en accordant des statuts adapt\u00e9s aux travailleurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em><strong>L&rsquo;Espagne <\/strong>a adopt\u00e9 un d\u00e9cret royal en 2011 qui modifie les relations de travail des travailleurs domestiques. Cette mesure visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail dans le secteur en les rapprochant le plus possible de celles des autres travailleurs.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professionnalisation <\/strong>(formations, conditions de travail, reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences, etc.). Ce facteur est particuli\u00e8rement important lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;appuyer des politiques principalement destin\u00e9es \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois, \u00e0 promouvoir l&#8217;emploi et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le travail non d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Promouvoir indirectement le travail dans les PHS<\/strong>. Cette mesure peut par exemple concerner les politiques d&rsquo;immigration, d&rsquo;une importance capitale dans tous ces pays d&rsquo;Europe o\u00f9 les prestataires de services informels d&rsquo;origine immigr\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentent l&rsquo;essentiel de l&rsquo;offre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>Depuis 2002, l&rsquo;<strong>Italie<\/strong> a r\u00e9gularis\u00e9 \u00e0 trois reprises le statut des migrants en situation irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re employ\u00e9s comme travailleurs domestiques et auxiliaires de vie. Ils sont ainsi plus de 550 000 \u00e0 avoir obtenu un permis de travail dans ce cadre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
