Following the theoretical information provided earlier, a graph – which list a series of questions to be raised – has been produced in the interest of helping national\/local public authorities to have an overview of the reasons why their PHS market might not be optimal and may require public intervention or additional public intervention to foster PHS activities.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s les informations th\u00e9oriques qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent, un graphique – qui mentionne une s\u00e9rie de questions \u00e0 aborder – ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits en vue d’aider les pouvoirs publics nationaux\/locaux \u00e0 se faire une id\u00e9e des raisons pour lesquelles leur march\u00e9 des PHS n’est pas et n\u00e9cessite une intervention de l’\u00c9tat ou une intensification de cette intervention afin de promouvoir les activit\u00e9s de PHS.<\/p>\n
