Nous y pr\u00e9sentons les diff\u00e9rentes options possibles pour les organismes publics. Pour chaque aspect pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ci-dessous, nous proposons un aper\u00e7u complet des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients des politiques en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9, de qualit\u00e9 des services et de l&#8217;emploi, de structuration du march\u00e9 et de contraintes budg\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les points qui suivent, nous pr\u00e9sentons des outils analytiques permettant de
