Cette aide peut prendre la forme de plusieurs mesures, d\u00e9crites ci-dessous:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;ouverture\/la promotion de la concurrence<\/strong> est un moyen d&rsquo;augmenter le nombre d&rsquo;acteurs et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux services pour les utilisateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La num\u00e9risation<\/strong> des t\u00e2ches administratives
