Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la situation d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion ou d&rsquo;un pays donn\u00e9s en termes d&#8217;emploi et sur le plan social peut aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer et \u00e0 justifier les objectifs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.
