L&rsquo;absence de politiques d&rsquo;appui entra\u00eenerait, notamment, les <strong>faiblesses<\/strong> suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La concurrence d\u00e9loyale suscit\u00e9e par la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e<\/strong> r\u00e9duirait la rentabilit\u00e9 du secteur priv\u00e9 et entra\u00eenerait un manque d&rsquo;investissement du secteur priv\u00e9 (ce qui nuirait \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation, par exemple);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u00e9nuries de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre<\/strong> possibles compte tenu des comp\u00e9tences requises. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, certains services dans le domaine des PHS (comme les services de garde et d&rsquo;assistance) exigent des comp\u00e9tences particuli\u00e8res. La demande croissante de services de ce type pourrait entra\u00eener une p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Absence de <strong>syst\u00e8mes de garantie de la qualit\u00e9<\/strong> (il convient toutefois de noter que le march\u00e9 priv\u00e9 peut proposer une garantie de ce type, lorsque c&rsquo;est dans son int\u00e9r\u00eat, en l&rsquo;absence de
