Pueden introducirse varias medidas para fomentar las posibilidades de empleo en el sector de PHS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nueva normativa sobre empleo<\/strong>. Facilitar la contrataci\u00f3n y aumentar el atractivo del trabajo de PHS (seguridad en el empleo) mediante estatutos apropiados para los trabajadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em><strong>Espa\u00f1a <\/strong>adopt\u00f3 un real decreto en 2011 que actualiza las relaciones laborales de los empleados dom\u00e9sticos. Estaba dise\u00f1ado para mejorar las condiciones laborales del sector armoniz\u00e1ndolas lo m\u00e1s posible con las de otros trabajadores.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profesionalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (formaci\u00f3n, condiciones laborales, reconocimiento de cualificaciones, etc.). Hay que prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a este factor a la hora de apoyar pol\u00edticas dise\u00f1adas principalmente para crear trabajo, promover el empleo y reducir el trabajo no declarado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fomento del trabajo de PHS de forma indirecta<\/strong>. Esto puede significar, por ejemplo, pol\u00edticas de inmigraci\u00f3n que son crucialmente importantes en muchos pa\u00edses europeos en los que los proveedores de servicios informales de inmigrantes representan la principal forma de prestaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>Desde 2002 <strong>Italia<\/strong> ha regularizado tres veces el estatuto de los migrantes irregulares empleados como trabajadores dom\u00e9sticos y de cuidados. As\u00ed, a m\u00e1s de 550\u00a0000 de ellos se les ha concedido un permiso de trabajo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
