En este contexto, la <strong>cantidad socialmente \u00f3ptima<\/strong>, que se define como la demanda que ser\u00eda \u00f3ptima, teniendo en cuenta todos los factores externos positivos de PHS, es superior a la cantidad \u00f3ptima del hogar.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n enumeramos algunos de los <strong>factores externos positivos (o efectos de rendimiento)<\/strong> para la econom\u00eda que surgen cuando alguien externaliza PHS pero que los hogares no tienen en cuenta al considerar si externalizar PHS (para ver una lista completa de todos los efectos de rendimiento, consulte la Parte 5):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Externalizar PHS en la econom\u00eda formal ser\u00e1 positivo para el trabajador (ingresos, etc.) y para la sociedad en conjunto (disminuci\u00f3n del desempleo, aumento de los ingresos por impuestos de la empresa que contrata al trabajador, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Al externalizar PHS, un usuario puede aumentar el tiempo de trabajo o volver al mercado laboral. Para la sociedad en conjunto, eso podr\u00eda aumentar los ingresos impositivos, incrementar la productividad para el empleador del usuario, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Las mejoras en salud del usuario que resultan de PHS (cuidados) podr\u00edan disminuir los costes p\u00fablicos para gastos m\u00e9dicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Los cuidados y la educaci\u00f3n en la primera infancia fomentan los logros educativos, el desarrollo social de ni\u00f1os de entornos desfavorecidos y la inclusi\u00f3n social. A largo plazo, tambi\u00e9n es positivo para la sociedad en conjunto (menos pobreza, m\u00e1s productividad, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><div class=\"alignright\"><a
