Este tipo de intervenci\u00f3n se centra en la oferta y puede ser a trav\u00e9s de varios tipos de medidas, como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subsidios<\/strong> a los proveedores, en forma de intervenci\u00f3n financiera directa de las autoridades p\u00fablicas. Es el caso de <strong><em>B\u00e9lgica<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> por ejemplo, donde las empresas registradas reciben un subsidio estatal de 13,54 \u20ac o 12,54 \u20ac por hora adem\u00e1s de los 8,50 \u20ac o 9,50 \u20ac que pagan los usuarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exenciones contributivas de los empleadores<\/strong>, que tambi\u00e9n son una ayuda financiera directa para las empresas. Esta medida reduce las cotizaciones sociales que tienen que pagar los empleadores por sus trabajadores. Es el caso de <strong><em>Francia<\/em><\/strong>, donde las asociaciones aprobadas que prestan servicios de cuidados reciben ayuda estatal impl\u00edcita a trav\u00e9s de la exenci\u00f3n parcial o total de las cotizaciones sociales, lo que abarata mucho su trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tipos de IVA reducidos<\/strong>, que son una forma de ayuda financiera directa a las empresas, ya que reducen el precio para los usuarios. Es el caso de <strong><em>Francia<\/em><\/strong><em>,<\/em> donde los servicios dom\u00e9sticos se benefician de un tipo de IVA reducido del 10 % desde 2013 (hasta del 5,5
