Adem\u00e1s, <strong>la posible demanda de PHS y la mano de obra potencial de PHS<\/strong> es elevada y est\u00e1 aumentando.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, <strong>varios obst\u00e1culos<\/strong> entorpecen el desarrollo de las actividades de PHS e implican que, sin las pol\u00edticas de apoyo, no se desarrollar\u00edan actividades formales de PHS de forma adecuada ni con \u00e9xito.
