Eurofound (Cancedda, 2001) upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky mezi d\u00edl\u010d\u00edmi sektory osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a\u00a0slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost se zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a\u00a0pracovn\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00ed nab\u00edzej\u00ed d\u016fstojn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, zat\u00edmco jin\u00e9 nikoli. Vyzdvi\u017een\u00e9 byly mimo jin\u00e9 tyto ot\u00e1zky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e9 mzdy u pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0oblasti slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost;<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b ochrany samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u00fdch osob \u010dinn\u00fdch v\u00a0sektoru slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost a\u00a0s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed expozice riziku fyzick\u00e9ho a\u00a0psychick\u00e9ho stresu.<\/li>\n<li>Velmi b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 je pr\u00e1ce na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek;<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e9 hodinov\u00e9 sazby pr\u00e1ce na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek pracovn\u00edci vn\u00edmaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e jako omezen\u00ed ne\u017e volbu;<\/li>\n<li>Obecn\u011b pr\u00e1ce ve slu\u017eb\u00e1ch pro dom\u00e1cnost (zejm\u00e9na osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby) p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed uspokojen\u00ed a\u00a0prosp\u011bch v\u00edce motivovan\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm;<\/li>\n<li>Nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspektem je p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost nav\u00e1zat v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 vztahy, pom\u00e1hat lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed to pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, a\u00a0mo\u017enost pou\u017e\u00edvat vlastn\u00ed tvo\u0159ivost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Budouc\u00ed rozvoj sektoru osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a\u00a0slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost bude siln\u011b z\u00e1viset na \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9m zlep\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek, proto\u017ee ty jsou pro tvorbu nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed. Zlep\u0161en\u00ed jsou skute\u010dn\u011b nezbytn\u00e1, aby se pozvedla atraktivita sektoru v\u00a0o\u010d\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0upevnilo jejich udr\u017een\u00ed v\u00a0sektoru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>Evropsk\u00fd projekt <a href=\"http:\/\/forquality.eu\/\">4Quality!<\/a> provedl v\u00a011 \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech EU (Rakousko, Belgie, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Finsko, Francie, N\u011bmecko, It\u00e1lie, Nizozemsko, \u0160pan\u011blsko, \u0160v\u00e9dsko a\u00a0Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed) anal\u00fdzu kvality pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0sektoru osobn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a\u00a0slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost. Anal\u00fdza shrnuje situaci v\u00a0t\u011bchto zem\u00edch a\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 postupy v\u00a0oblasti pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a\u00a0rozvoje
