Stoj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e za zm\u00ednku, \u017ee tyto n\u00e1stroje mohou b\u00fdt dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 a daj\u00ed se kombinovat s c\u00edlem n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b zav\u00e9st politiky na podporu osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Platby v hotovosti: <\/strong>Org\u00e1ny st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy mohou poskytnout n\u011bkter\u00fdm sv\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm (podle konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed: v\u011bk, po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edjem, stupe\u0148 z\u00e1vislosti atd.) ur\u010dit\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, aby z\u00edskali p\u0159\u00edstup k osobn\u00edm slu\u017eb\u00e1m a slu\u017eb\u00e1m pro dom\u00e1cnost (v\u011bt\u0161inou pe\u010dovatelsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby). N\u00e1stroj tohoto typu, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b k p\u0159evodu soci\u00e1ln\u00edch dotac\u00ed, neumo\u017e\u0148uje transparentnost, co se t\u00fd\u010de kone\u010dn\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u00e9to formy soci\u00e1ln\u00ed podpory. Byly proto ur\u010den\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, nap\u0159. nedostatek dostupn\u00fdch aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch a p\u0159esn\u00fdch informac\u00ed o poskytnut\u00ed slu\u017eeb a p\u0159enesen\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti na u\u017eivatele, kter\u00e9 odporuj\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edm mechanism\u016f poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb a odborn\u00fdm znalostem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>V\u011bcn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky (nebo p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed): <\/strong>Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost poskytnut\u00fdch v r\u00e1mci ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch politik dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de, p\u00e9\u010de o zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 osoby a p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti. Tuto podporu lze vyu\u017e\u00edvat pouze p\u0159i poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho druhu slu\u017eeb. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se od v\u011bcn\u00fdch dar\u016f ustupuje ve prosp\u011bch mechanizm\u016f p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cen z d\u016fvod\u016f stimulace poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost a udr\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f (m\u00e9n\u011b byrokracie a transak\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f plynouc\u00edch z organizace zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bcn\u00fdch d\u00e1vek).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pouk\u00e1zkov\u00e9 programy: <\/strong>Pouk\u00e1zky (ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 na pap\u00edr, ve form\u011b karty nebo v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b) poskytuj\u00ed jedinc\u016fm p\u0159\u00edstup k p\u0159edem ur\u010den\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m. Pouk\u00e1zky p\u0159\u00edjemci uplat\u0148uj\u00ed u ur\u010den\u00fdch poskytovatel\u016f slu\u017eeb, kter\u00fdm se pak v jednoduch\u00e9m procesu proplat\u00ed. K tradi\u010dn\u00edm v\u011bcn\u00fdm d\u00e1vk\u00e1m nebo pen\u011b\u017eit\u00e9 pomoci existuj\u00ed alternativy. Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed obecn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pouk\u00e1zek je pro osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 relevantn\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee tyto \u010dinnosti v\u00edce zviditelnit a sou\u010dasn\u011b usnadnit form\u00e1ln\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b administrativn\u00edch povinnost\u00ed).
