Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed \u017eeny st\u00e1le nesou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee spojen\u00e9 s dom\u00e1c\u00edmi pracemi kv\u016fli jejich nerovn\u00e9mu rozd\u011blen\u00ed. Jasn\u011b to dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed v\u00fdsledky Eurofoundu (2012a), kter\u00e9 nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee pokud jde o \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd \u010dinnostmi jin\u00fdmi ne\u017e placenou prac\u00ed, jsou rozd\u00edly mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami markantn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na co se t\u00fd\u010de dom\u00e1c\u00edch prac\u00ed a v men\u0161\u00edm rozsahu i p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti. Rovnost mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een tak nen\u00ed v t\u00e9to oblasti respektov\u00e1na a d\u016fsledky pro \u017eeny jsou v dlouhodob\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku zna\u010dn\u00e9 a z\u0159eteln\u00e9 a zahrnuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko zranitelnosti a chudoby, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f a men\u0161\u00ed kupn\u00ed s\u00edlu, rozd\u00edlnost d\u016fchod\u016f atd.<\/p>\n<p>Podle posledn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy McKinsey Global Institute (2015) by sv\u011btov\u00e9 HDP, pokud by ka\u017ed\u00e1 zem\u011b vyrovnala pokrok sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k dosa\u017een\u00ed rovnosti pohlav\u00ed podle nejrychleji se zlep\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed sousedn\u00ed zem\u011b, mohlo vzr\u016fst o 12 bilion\u016f dolar\u016f. Zpr\u00e1va rovn\u011b\u017e uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee <em>\u201eni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed \u017een na trhu pr\u00e1ce je v protikladu k jejich vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu zastoupen\u00ed v oblasti neplacen\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Sedmdes\u00e1t p\u011bt procent ve\u0161ker\u00e9 neplacen\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u017eeny, v\u010detn\u011b \u00fakol\u016f nezbytn\u00fdch pro udr\u017een\u00ed chodu dom\u00e1cnosti, nap\u0159. p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti, p\u00e9\u010de o star\u0161\u00ed osoby, va\u0159en\u00ed a \u00faklid. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek nen\u00ed v tradi\u010dn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00edch HDP zohledn\u011bn\u00fd. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b konzervativn\u00edch p\u0159edpoklad\u016f odhadujeme, \u017ee neplacen\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce vykon\u00e1van\u00e1 \u017eenami dnes p\u0159edstavuje a\u017e 10 bilion\u016f dolar\u016f v\u00fdkonu ro\u010dn\u011b, co\u017e zhruba odpov\u00edd\u00e1 13 % sv\u011btov\u00e9ho HDP.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b lze konstatovat, \u017ee opat\u0159en\u00ed na podporu osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost vedou jak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mu\u017e\u016f, tak i \u017een k lep\u0161\u00edmu slad\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edho a soukrom\u00e9ho \u017eivota, proto\u017ee usnad\u0148uj\u00ed zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch prac\u00ed extern\u00edm subjekt\u016fm. V tomto ohledu m\u00e1 poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdznam. Vedle lep\u0161\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi pracovn\u00edm a soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem umo\u017e\u0148uje pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost u\u017eivatel\u016fm (zejm\u00e9na \u017een\u00e1m) pracovat v\u00edce hodin ne\u017e p\u0159ed externalizac\u00ed t\u011bchto slu\u017eeb, nebo se dokonce vr\u00e1tit na trh pr\u00e1ce. V tomto ohledu by osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost proto mohly zlep\u0161it rovn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een, pokud jde o p\u0159\u00edstup k zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Obecn\u011b by proto osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost mohly m\u00edt jak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mu\u017e\u016f, tak i \u017een v\u00fdznamn\u00fd dopad na zam\u011bstnanost u\u017eivatel\u016f. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee takov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed pouze dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost d\u0159\u00edve nepou\u017e\u00edvaly, a to ani v nehl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 ekonomice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>V <strong>Belgii<\/strong> se 18 % u\u017eivatel\u016f pouk\u00e1zek na slu\u017eby domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed motivac\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dast v tomto syst\u00e9mu bylo zlep\u0161en\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy pracovn\u00edho a soukrom\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Ve skute\u010dnosti se \u010das u\u0161et\u0159en\u00fd externalizac\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch prac\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve prosp\u011bch rodiny (23 %), jin\u00fdch dom\u00e1c\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f (22 %), z\u00e1bavy (20 %) a odpo\u010dinku a zdrav\u00ed (17 %) (IDEA Consult). Ve <strong>\u0160v\u00e9dsku <\/strong>z\u00edskaj\u00ed vdan\u00e9 \u017eeny (ve v\u011bku 25\u201355 let) za ka\u017edou zakoupenou hodinu slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm da\u0148ov\u00e9ho odpo\u010dtu na slu\u017eby RUT 1,8 hodiny, ze kter\u00e9 60 % vyu\u017eij\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch placen\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce (Halld\u00e9n, 2014).<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p
