V t\u00e9to souvislosti je <strong>spole\u010densky optim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 je definovan\u00e9 jako optim\u00e1ln\u00ed popt\u00e1vka, je\u017e zohled\u0148uje v\u0161echny pozitivn\u00ed vlivy osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e optim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed podle dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uv\u00e1d\u00edme n\u011bkter\u00e9 <strong>pozitivn\u00ed vlivy (nebo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy)<\/strong> pro ekonomii, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed, pokud n\u011bkdo externalizuje osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost, av\u0161ak kter\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o zad\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost extern\u00edm subjekt\u016fm, nezohled\u0148uj\u00ed (\u00fapln\u00fd seznam v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f naleznete v \u010d\u00e1sti 5):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Externalizace osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost bude pozitivn\u00ed jak pro pracovn\u00edka (p\u0159\u00edjmy atd.), tak i pro celou spole\u010dnost (pokles nezam\u011bstnanosti, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy od spole\u010dnosti naj\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00edka atd.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159i externalizaci osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost si u\u017eivatel m\u016f\u017ee prodlou\u017eit pracovn\u00ed dobu nebo se vr\u00e1tit na trh pr\u00e1ce.
