Stoj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e za zm\u00ednku, \u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny u\u017eivatel\u016f b\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u010dasto spojeny s ur\u010dit\u00fdm typem slu\u017eeb. Celkov\u011b existuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i mo\u017en\u00e9 skupiny u\u017eivatel\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aktivn\u00ed populace;<\/li>\n<li>Star\u0161\u00ed osoby;<\/li>\n<li>Z\u00e1visl\u00e9 osoby;<\/li>\n<li>Rodi\u010de, zejm\u00e9na \u017eeny ochotn\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit se na trh pr\u00e1ce nebo zv\u00fd\u0161it svoji \u00fa\u010dast na n\u011bm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><em>Volba vyu\u017eit\u00ed osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost podle dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed: proces individu\u00e1ln\u00edho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V ekonomick\u00e9 teorii se <strong>proces individu\u00e1ln\u00edho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/strong>vysv\u011btluje jako volba dom\u00e1cnosti vyu\u017e\u00edvat osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost (teorie produktivn\u00ed \u010dinnosti dom\u00e1cnosti podle Beckera; 1965). Teorie uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee dom\u00e1cnosti tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das placenou prac\u00ed, osobn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed a rekrea\u010dn\u00edmi aktivitami. Rozd\u011blen\u00ed \u010dasu mezi tyto t\u0159i druhy aktivit z\u00e1vis\u00ed na hodnot\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 aktivity. Stanoven\u00ed hodnoty placen\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce je pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9, jeliko\u017e mzdy lze sledovat na trhu pr\u00e1ce, ale ocen\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch a rekrea\u010dn\u00edch aktivit je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V literatu\u0159e bylo navr\u017eeno n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupem k ocen\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u00e1ce je <strong>metoda n\u00e1klad\u016f alternativn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed.<\/strong> Tato teorie je zalo\u017eena na p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee pokud se jedinec rozhodne prov\u00e1d\u011bt neplacenou pr\u00e1ci, jako jsou dom\u00e1c\u00ed nebo rekrea\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, vylou\u010d\u00ed se t\u00edm mo\u017enost vykon\u00e1vat ve stejn\u00fd \u010das placenou pr\u00e1ci. T\u00edm se takov\u00e1 osoba vzd\u00e1v\u00e1 odm\u011bny spojen\u00e9 s touto \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Druh\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem je <strong>metoda nahrazovac\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00edm prac\u00edm p\u0159i\u0159azuje mzdovou sazbu za pracovn\u00ed slu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 by si dom\u00e1cnost mohla zakoupit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Teoreticky <strong>bude dom\u00e1cnost vykon\u00e1vat dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u010dinnosti sama, pokud n\u00e1klady alternativn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed nebo nahrazovac\u00ed n\u00e1klady na proveden\u00ed t\u011bchto \u010dinnost\u00ed budou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e externalizace osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost na form\u00e1ln\u00edm nebo nehl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9m trhu.<\/strong> Co se t\u00fd\u010de form\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu, dom\u00e1cnost bude externalizovat osobn\u00ed slu\u017eby a slu\u017eby pro dom\u00e1cnost, pokud bude jej\u00ed (hodinov\u00e1) \u010dist\u00e1 mzda vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cena externalizace osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost, kter\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou odpov\u00edd\u00e1 hrub\u00e9 mzd\u011b pracovn\u00edka osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost (je\u017e je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeho \u010dist\u00e1 mzda z d\u016fvodu zdan\u011bn\u00ed). Co se t\u00fd\u010de nehl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9ho trhu, srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se provede na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dist\u00e9 mzdy pracovn\u00edk\u016f vzhledem k absenci zdan\u011bn\u00ed. Ur\u010den\u00ed ceny osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost je proto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro stanoven\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed poskytovan\u00fdch osobn\u00edch slu\u017eeb a slu\u017eeb pro dom\u00e1cnost jak na nehl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9m, tak i form\u00e1ln\u00edm trhu.<\/p>\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b tato teorie m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ovlivn\u011bna skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee v praxi mnoho dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed rad\u011bji vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u010dinnosti, zejm\u00e9na \u010dinnosti spojen\u00e9 s p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, samo.
